Deposits
A deposit is required for all orders (and is non-refundable/non-transferable). £50 secures any available date for wedding cake bookings. Deposits for cakes are made up to one third of the final balance within two weeks of a consultation and final balances are due two weeks prior to your event date.
Special Occasion cakes require a 50% deposit and full payment one week prior to collection if paying by cheque or direct transfer. Last minute orders can be accepted where time and availability permits.
A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required for all stationery payable upon booking. Balance is due two weeks prior to delivery of goods.

Alterations to orders
Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge. Late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations of orders
In the event of cancellation by the client, work already completed is chargeable. Please be aware this may be additional to any one third deposit paid following consultation should the order be cancelled between then and payment of the final balance. Cancellations within one month of the due date are payable in full.
In the unlikely event of “Noble” being unable to supply your order due to circumstances beyond our control, all payments will be refunded in full. No further compensation will be awarded.
Hired Items
All hired items must be cleaned where necessary, re-boxed and returned by agreed dates (set out at time of order). A £5 daily charge will be incurred for late returns or any extended hire. Security deposits are refundable in full if items are returned on time and undamaged.

- Personal Cheque
- Building Society cheque
- Direct transfer – please contact for account details
- PayPal (subject to a 1% fee)
